RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

§         Investigate and monitor issues related to sensitive customer information.

§         Lead Visa security, technical and customer support teams to promptly investigate incidents related to sensitive customer information.

§         Develop, maintain and implement incident response program to manage security events when sensitive account information may be at risk. Incident response program must ensure Visa clients and regulatory entities will be notified in a timely manner.

§         Communicate and work with senior managers in all areas of the company on investigations related to sensitive customer information.

§         Successfully translate legal, business and compliance requirements into specific investigation objectives, strategies, programs and procedures.

§         Train and mentor staff in Information Security, Risk and Compliance to effectively investigate in different areas of the company.

§         Monitor compliance programs.

§         Able to quickly acquire, decide and apply investigative techniques to meet obligations required by multi-national laws and regulations.

§         Work with complex and nonrecurring security incidents with broad financial, technical and strategic implications for Visa.

§         Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve extremely complex security incidents and compliance issues.

§         Effective in both tactical and strategic decision making and planning when dealing with auditors, federal examiners, Visa managers and project managers.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

§         Bachelor's Degree Years

§         8 - 10 years experience in investigation and information security Skills - Professional/Technical/Business Top-level expert in all phase of investigation and compliance monitoring in a corporate environment.

§         Must be a recognized expert in investigation, compliance monitoring related to privacy laws and regulations.

§         Excellent communication, knowledge and skills to be an internal and external spokesperson for the risk and compliance organization.

§         Strategic thinker with a high degree of business process understanding.

§         Experience leading large cross-functional teams.

§         CISSP or CISA certifications are required.

§         The candidate must have excellent problem solving, attention to detail, presentation, interpersonal, collaborative, analytical, written (including management reports) and verbal communications skills
