Chief Financial Officer (CFO, Hospital)

Location: IN (Commutable from Fort Wayne)

My client, remains as an independent healthcare organization, whose main mission is to provide high quality healthcare services to the citizens residing in its service area. Their motto is "Better Health for Those Close to us."

They are a not-for-profit, acute care facility located in Northeastern Indiana.

 

As the CFO, you will report directly to the CEO/President. Your responsibilities will include:

 

Provide financial and strategic leadership to the hospital. Responsible for the management and oversight of all hospital financial activities as well as operational areas including general accounting, patient financial services, patient access, budget, reimbursement, compliance and health information management

 Your background must include:

 

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Minimum of 5 years demonstrated successful health care financial management experience in a complex hospital setting. CPA and/or MBA/MHA strongly preferred Experience dealing with bond transactions and insurers is a plus.
