Tanana Valley Clinic in Fairbanks, Alaska, is a multi-specialty clinic that has served the Fairbanks community for over 45 years. The clinic, a part of Banner Health, one of the nation’s largest healthcare providers, employs 40+ providers (physicians and mid-levels) with approximately 190 clinical and office support staff.

The Tanana Valley Clinic is currently seeking a dynamic, experienced Chief Executive Officer to provide leadership as the clinic enters into a period of significant growth as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Banner Health.

 

Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or other related field; MBA/MHA preferred At least eight years of management experience in physician clinic operations, mature leadership skills and experience with both compensation planning and practice developmentPreference will be given to applicants with board-level experience as well as those who have worked within a health system environment
