Salary ($): The salary for this position is excellent (base $alary + quite nice $ bonus) however, you will be expected to earn your pay.

Brief Description of job responsibilities:
· Develops staffing plans; maintains employee competency records and continuing education records; maintains a system to ensure orientation of performance evaluation of employees; monitors utilization of hospital facilities.
· Serves as a member of the hospital executive committee and other administrative committees as designated.
The basic, standard, “clinical” and “experience” qualifications we will expect a candidate to possess for this role are as follows:
Master’s, BSN would be considered with appropriate and extensive experience. Minimum of 3 years management experience at Director level, or above, and a minimum of five (5) years clinical experience. In-depth knowledge of hospital, state, and federal, laws and regulations, JCAHO and State regulation (Title 22), general budgeting, accounting and management skills. Ability to coordinate short and long term planning activities. Ability to work with a large, multi-ethnic, staff and client base. Ability to exercise complex analytical judgment in the work environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.In the Chief Clinical Officer role you will have, at your disposal, the necessary hospital and corporate back-upneeded to accomplish the goals and objectives of the hospital and the parent organization.
