A highly successful civil engineering firm with offices throughout the southwest is seeking a Chief Engineer for our Las Vegas, Nevada office. You will be responsible for overseeing all engineering design over grading, drainage, utilities and traffic. The Director of engineering will work with operations director to in corporate overall company vision and goals into design work. You will be futher responsible for providing guidance and direction to all staff to quality of work and client development. You will need to have a B.S. degree M.S. preferred have a civil engineering registration in California and Nevada or the obility to obtain within one year. You will need to have a minimum of 10 years experience in civil engineering and design. Ideal experience would be for a candidate with local Nevada design and permitting procedure experience. Must be able to effectively lead a group of design teams toward a common goal of quality design work. You will interface and develop relationships with internal staff, clients and senior management.
