We currently have several available positions in our Analytical Services group located at the Global Corporate Headquarters in Lionville, PA and also positions at our Maumee, Ohio laboratory.

 

Senior Chemists

Qualifications:  Five years experience with a B.S. degree, two years with an MS degree or one year with a Ph.D. degree.  Must be a team player and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.  MS degree, cGMP lab experience and GC/MS, ICP or LC/MS experience preferred.

Responsibilities:  Accurately generate and record data using West test methods, study protocols and work instructions. Develop and validate methods utilizing multiple analytical techniques.  Maintain cognizance of current validation requirements. Plan and direct analytical investigations. Maintain current competency in analytical chemistry.  Investigate new instrumentation and techniques.  Identify applications and carry out implementation of those applications. Develop experimental and validation protocols; complete and/or direct their execution.  Review and evaluate test results and write accurate and complete reports of work performed. Train personnel in analytical disciplines underscoring underlying theory.  Demonstrate expertise in analytical techniques. Interface with customers as needed. Review data, notebooks and reports generated by others; write reports and maintain laboratory data bases as needed.

 

Chemists

Qualifications:  Minimum B.S. in Chemistry or Related Science. Three years experience with B.S., 1 year with M.S. Must be a team player and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. cGMP lab experience and GC/MS, ICP or LC/MS experience preferred.

Responsibilities: Accurately generate and record data using West test methods, study protocols and work instructions. Develop and validate methods utilizing multiple analytical techniques while operating in a cGMP environment.  Conduct analytical investigations to support internal and external customers. Qualify, calibrate and maintain analytical instrumentation. Maintain a current competency in analytical chemistry.  Investigate new instrumentation and techniques.  Identify applications and carry out implementation of those applications. Review and evaluate test results and write accurate and complete reports of the work performed. Train personnel in analytical disciplines underscoring underlying theory. Interface with both internal and external customers. Perform peer data review. Maintain laboratory databases.

 

Associate Chemists
