Kelly Scientific is recruiting for a 2nd shift Chemical Operator in the Charlotte, NC area. This position is Direct Hire position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES ' Operate Nitrates and Technical Mag-Chloride processes in a safe and productive manner ' Comprehend reaction, filtrations, and adjustments ' Operate and load trucks and railcars, switch trucks in production yard ' Perform testing/communicate with lab personnel on product quality ' Adhere to safety/housekeeping regulations ' Communication of applicable shift information to appropriate personnel ' Record appropriate documentation KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: ' Good communication, math and reading skills ' Operate Forklift ' Ability to wear respirator PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS: ' Able to walk, sit, stand, and bend. ' Able to safely lift up to 55 lbs. BACKGROUND: ' Associates degree or High School diploma ' Industry experience as a Chemical Operator
