Job Description:

Chemical Engineer - Ethanol - Bio-diesel - Oil - Solvent - Recovery Systems

Are you an experienced Chemical Engineer with at least 2+ years in the following areas: Equipment Design, Welding and Fabrication Shop Management and Process Operations?

If so, read on...

We are in need of a Chemical Engineer to be responsible for working with engineers on the design of Ethanol plants, Bio-diesel plants, used oil re-refineries, and solvent recovery equipment. You will need to Custom Manufacture and Fabricate equipment for these plants.

What you will be doing:

- Systems Engineering to be used for bid preparation
- Work with engineers on design
- Overall System Design
- Heat Exchanger Sizing
- Distillation Column Sizing and Design
- Piping Design (Is a must)
- Design of Custom Distillate Receivers
- Control System Design and Programming
- Oversee construction
- Procurement of necessary tanks, columns, exchangers, piping and instrumentation
- Quality Control on tanks, columns, exchangers, piping and instrumentation
- Supervise Electrical Installation
- Supervise Welding shop

What you need to qualify:

-2+ years in the Chemical Process Industries
- Equipment Design
- Welding and Fabrication Shop Management
- Process Operations
- Understanding of Distillation
- Understanding of Condensation
- Pumping System Design
- PLC PC Control Systems Design
