Summary: 

Our Kitchen Chefs and Team Members create and deliver exceptional menus that are showcased at our client's meetings, events and celebrations.  They are responsible for all hot and cold food preparation –ensuring that all are prepared and presented according to our high standards and specifications. They must maintain required sanitation and safety standards, and be able to follow recipes and compute mathematical calculations to determine exact quantities needed.  

Requirements:

Experience in the food service industry. Culinary School Preferred. Local travel to our venues, on and off-premise locations. Superb interpersonal communication skills; this would include strong customer rapport, personable, and excellent customer service skills. Effective team player with respectful collaboration skills. Professional image and grooming that supports our high caliber services. Passion and personal pride in what you do. Creativity in menu ideas and presentation for catering specific needs. Positive attitude, versatile, and highly motivated. High energy level, maturity, and reliability is a must! Valid MN driver’s license with no restrictions.
