We are seeking a chef with a Culinary Degree or the equivalent of 5 years or more experience as a chef. Applicants should be customer-driven, self-motivated, possess leadership qualities and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities will include menu planning, ordering, product preparation, recipe updates and costing, food safety and sanitation compliance, and general management functions.
