SAGE is currently seeking a talented and energetic chef manager for a residential retirement community in Danville, PA.
FOOD SERVICE DIRECTOR/CHEF MANAGER
Specific job responsibilities: -demonstrate exemplary customer service skills
-recruit and continually train the team
-create menus
-implement and maintain HACCP standards
-develop client and customer relationships
-communicate clearly, professionally and effectively
-deliver budgeted financial results
-impress clients with an outstanding catering program
-create a positive team environment
-order and inventory
-implement and follow SAGE standards
-other duties as prescribed by the District Manager
Qualifications: -at least 3 years of prior management experience
-culinary acumen to lead kitchen production
-efficient recruiter
-knowledgeable in current food trends
-pro active mindset
-positive role model
-community/ service minded
-detail oriented

-strong work ethic
-timely responses to communication
-proficiency with computers
