POSITION: Charge Nurse - (RN / LPN) 

LOCATION: Golden LivingCenter - Whitewater
St. Charles, MN

Golden LivingCenter - Whitewater is a 62-bed skilled nursing facility with exciting opportunities for a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for the position of Charge Nurse. We offer a comfortable, fun and quality work environment and an opportunity to truly make a difference.

Responsibilities of the Charge Nurse will include independent supervision of the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit. Assess resident needs, develop individual care plans, administer medications and nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise Care Specialists (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.

Requirements
Possess current Minnesota RN or LPN license
Prior experience preferred, but not required.

Must maintain regular attendance. Relate positively and favorably to residents, families and to work cooperatively with other associates.
