Channel Sales and Business Development Manager
Job Description:
The Channel Sales and Business Development Manager (CSBDM) will be responsible for the channel sales revenue of the North America region The CSBDM will actively identify and manage creative reseller channels to deliver the sales target in the region.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute channel sales strategy and manage sales programs
• Identify and source for new channel partners to achieve channel sales target
• Propose and execute effective channel sales programs
• Represent Alibaba at reseller or sales events
• Evaluate, analyse and help improve reseller performance
• Understand resellers needs and issues and ensure proper deployment and support for resellers by working closely with internal related functions
Requirements:
• Strong channel sales management skills
• Over 6 year’s sales experience with at least 3 years' channel sales experience in a high tech industry or trading industry selling online services. Internet industry knowledge is a plus.
• Passionate, energetic, and highly self-motivated person who can work efficiently and independently to achieve aggressive targets with minimum supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong teamwork skills and initiative
• Willing to travel frequently
• University degree or above; Chinese language or other language competency a plus.
