Internap Network Services Corporation is seeking an experienced and talented Channel Programs Support Manager. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing Internap's Channel Partner Program. The Channel Programs Support Manager will work directly with Partners and internal Internap groups to create and manage all aspects of channel programs, contracts, and materials that promote Internap's solutions to partners. (Please Note: this position is not for Channel Sales)

Responsibilities:

Work with a cross-functional team to align channel program goals with overall business requirements. Develop program positioning, messaging and integrate into core marketing initiatives. Build marketing relationships with partners to support achievement of channel objectives and revenue targets. Work with Internap sales teams and partners to identify local marketing opportunities to drive awareness of Internap solutions. Evangelize the Internap channel partner program. Drive regular communication process with partners and Internap sales teams. Establish mechanisms to communicate and report on program status and key metrics to appropriate management levels as well as resource needs and issues that may arise. Identify partner success stories. Must have a minimum of 6-8 years of progressive IT channel program marketing experience, including working directly with Partners and Customers, and experience creating and managing all aspects of channel programs and materials that promote technology solutions to partners Previous experience working for an IT vendor, distributor or reseller engaged in indirect/channel sales and marketing activities is a must Willingness to go the extra mile to meet deadlines and achieve results, and a keen attention to details, including ability to manage and monitor contracts and agreements between Internap and partners. Strong project management skills; flexibility to manage and maintain multiple projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be a team player and work with different departments and all sales geographies

Strong leadership skills, including the ability to do the following:

Remove obstacles and facilitate the maximum effectiveness of the program Champion process improvement and challenge processes that are inefficient or counter-productive and establish new processes to improve efficiency
