Join the Field Marketing team and see your contributions have direct impact on Red Hat's success in North America. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing programs designed to enable sales teams and produce opportunities for business partners in North America. Each program will require clearly defined success metrics, ongoing tracking, and transparent results. In this fast-paced, growing organization you will be executing on corporate product and growth objectives, as well as creating marketing relationships with the Red Hat sales organization and some of our most strategic business partners.
Job Responsibilities:
Developing and executing partner marketing plans with Red Hat channel partners
Managing marketing relationships and working closely with sales and channel partners
Creating, editing and approving content and marketing communications
Developing and managing marketing budgets
Tracking and analyzing metrics for ROI of marketing dollars
7-10 years of high-tech of channel marketing experience
Experience building, executing, and measuring joint go to market awareness and demand generation campaigns with channel partners
Developing sales and partner communications programs
Managing partner relationships and marketing alliances
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem solving and decision making skills
Highly-refined organizational and presentation skills
Ability to demonstrate dynamic leadership is a priority
10% - 20% travel required
