Who We Need:
MARS is currently seeking a Senior Art Director to work in our Southfield office. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years of agency experience. He/She will collaborate with the account and creative teams to develop concepts that meet predetermined objectives and strategies. This individual must be a self-starter with proven experience/knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Quark and other applicable programs.

 

What You'll Do:

Develop creative and graphic concepts in collaboration with assigned teamAssist Creative Director in all aspects of executionWork with outside suppliers as required for completion of workFollow projects throughout all stages of productionInteract regularly with creative partners and other agency departments as needed for completion of assigned projectsDevelop new business presentations and spec work for potential clients

 

What You Will Bring to Us:

Bachelor’s degree in advertising, graphic arts, marketing or related fieldMust have a well-rounded portfolio of conceptual work, strong design, color balance, photography, logos, and typeMust have relevant experience in creative environmentProficient in use of Mac computer systems is essentialMust be flexible and a fast learnerUnderstanding of print production is a plus
