We have several immediate openings in our back office departments:

Consumer Loan Processor Support (#23329): to provide support to the Loan Processors to ensure accurate and timely closing and booking of all consumer loans.

Deposit Compliance Rep (#23408): to ensure that deposit policies and procedures of the Bank are administered in compliance with the following laws and regulations: Bank Secrecy Act, backup withholding, dormant and escheated accounts, Funds Availability, NOW account eligibility, Regulation D, tax reporting, and Truth In Savings. Monitor, review and update various reports. Process an array of forms and notices. Communicate with Bank personnel and outside parties with regard to deposit compliance issues.

Proof Operator (#23402): PART TIME Data Entry-Monday through Friday, 7:00pm until completion of work with occasional Sunday morning hours available. Operate a 7766 proof machine, verify and balance transactions, encode items at a rate of 1500 items per hour.

Senior Accountant (#23188): to perform and/or manage all necessary general accounting functions including but not limited to: accruals and allocations, month-end closing entries, variance and other analyses, internal reporting, reconciliations and reconciliation review, proved accounting consulting to non-accounting customers, and special reporting projects as needed.
