Catering Sales Account Executive  $55,000 - $70,000++ 

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE CATERING SALES EXPERIENCE IN A HOTEL, CONFERENCE CENTER, RESTAURANT OR COUNTRY CLUB.

Actively sell off-premise catering services…..will have strong negotiation and closing skills while analyzing the requirements of clients, outlining available services, quoting prices and preparing solutions.  You will help to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, venues and vendors.  Position requires outstanding and comprehensive customer service to clients throughout the event planning process including thorough needs assessment, execution and follow-up while pro-actively communicating both verbal and hardcopy information to internal operations and culinary departments.

Candidate should be a  will be a team player with an upbeat personality who is easy to get along with. Must be detail oriented, well-organized, friendly and outgoing, with great communication and interpersonal skills, and have a professional appearance and manner.  Position requires a good understanding and solid skills in MS Word, Excel.  Solid writing skills including the ability to write effective e-mails, notes and traditional letters are important. Degree. $55,000 - $70,000++

Candidates with ties to the Michigan area are preferred.
