The essential duties and responsibilities for the Cashier position include: confirming that deposits are accurate and balance to the cash position daily; maintain accurate logs of daily deposits for each company entity; accurately code and key payments and adjustments to patient accounts; key and mail refunds for patient accounts monthly; prepare monthly cash reconciliation's for all banks; reconcile payments posted by outsource billing agency according to the cash position.
