Job Summary

Monitors and coordinates the progress of a particular patient population and improved/cost effective patient care delivery. Requirements: Licensed as an RN in Colorado, Bachelors degree in nursing, and 2 years of experience as a clinical case manager or as an RN in the assigned clinical area with demonstrated clinical competence. This clinical experience must have taken place within the last five years of the nurses career.

Flex Statement

This is a per diem, non-benefited position with the potential for up to 40 hours per week.
