Job Duties / Details: Case Manager is needed to assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate care options and services to meet client’s health care needs. Candidate will: -Serve as a customer-focused resource to patients, family, providers and internal staff on medical and case management issue. -Candidate will also be responsible for continuous communication with all parties involved in the plan of care and decision-making to determine medical necessity and appropriateness of care for service utilization and expense Case Manager position details: -The candidate must possess exceptional interpersonal, customer-service, and decision-making skills -The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication -The candidate must have the ability to effectively prioritize and organize multiple tasks Benefits: Maxim employees are our greatest asset.
