Cumberland Hospital for Children and Adolescents is currently recruiting for a full-time Case Manager.  Cumberland Hospital is a 134-bed state licensed and JCAHO-accredited specialty rehabilitation hospital.  We provide specialized care for young people whose disabilities, injuries or lifelong illnesses are compounded by emotional and/or behavioral problems.  Our campus is located on 98 acres of riverfront land between Richmond and Williamsburg, Virginia in New Kent County.

The position of Case Manager provides case management services.  Responsibilities include coordination of communication between patient/family, physician/treatment team & payor; ensuring effective patient care by managing timely transitions through phases of rehab and continued availability of financial resources; and facilitating treatment team reviews & documentation.

Qualifications include Bachelors degree in related field or nursing degree, 3 years relevant experience, understanding of medical terminology & rehab treatment, & excellent verbal & written skills.  Cumberland offers competitive salary including a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following:
