If you are interested in joining a healthcare industry leader, apply today! In this telephonic role, your primary responsibilities would include:Calling members who have recently been discharged from hospitals and extended care facilities to coach them about managing back problems Making recommendations regarding diet, medication and therapies Assisting patients with usage of our website resources Helping patients find chiropractors, acupuncturists and other care providers Conducting case assessments and determining the appropriate course of action for their cases Tracking cases in our computer system To be considered for this position, you must be an RN with current and valid licensure in Arizona. Significant acute care experience is essential. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, as is prior case management experience.
