The Client Relationship Manager will serve our Insurance Carrier Partners as the primary point of contact for ongoing operations. You will collaborate with engineering, project management, and client services professionals to ensure the delivery of high quality application features that will provide the maximum benefit to our customers. You can expect to: Serve as the primary point of contact for operations relating to Benefitfocus applications, data exchange, and processes Ensure effective inter-working and engagement between client and internal groups Participate in the development of process improvements to share practices, ideas, and identify ongoing development and improvement to the Client Relationship Manager role Responsible for translating business needs into service/product requirements and initiate projects in partnership with other groups Responsible for monitoring and managing overall client satisfaction Accountable for negotiating and managing client requests and expectations of products and services Communicate new software releases Collaborate with our clients on new functionality in Benefitfocus products Handle application issues and resolve issues with global carriers

Experience and Skills:

BA/BS degree required Previous experience in a client relationship management role (with emphasis in the software and/or healthcare industry) Experience managing/delivering IT services including the initiation, scoping and delivery of technology projects Proven ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language and vice versa Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to present and explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and gains understanding Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Excellent project management skills a MUST
