Key Responsibilities Include:

Assist residents with activities of daily living to include: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan. Serve meals to residents in the dining room or the apartment. Record and report changes in resident’s eating habits to supervisor. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualified candidates will possess the following requirements: 

• High School Diploma or (GED) .
• Experience working with elderly and/or memory impaired
