We are currently recruiting for a Cardiac and/or Vascular Technologist, or Cardiovascular Technologist to perform Echocardiography and Vascular Sonography for a day shift position in our accredited award winning state-of-the-art Cardiovascular Lab performing non-invasive studies to include Adult Echocardiography, Arterial Doppler, Carotid Doppler, Dobutamine Stress Echos, Event Monitors, Exercise Echocardiograms, Holter Monitoring, Stress Testing, Tilt Table Testing, T-Wave Alernans, and Venous Doppler.  We are a not-for-profit facility with a completely digital filmless Lab with new Philips 5500 equipment, and have been designated in the top 5% in the nation in excellence, patient-care, and safety, as well as designated as a Magnet facility for multiple years.  In addition, we have also been recognized as one of the best places to work in Illinois, and provide a friendly team-oriented atmosphere, low turn-over rate, where our Technologists enjoy a remarkable and rewarding career. 

We would like the Technologist to possess the ability to perform both Echocardiography / Cardiac Sonography and Vascular skills, however we also allow for the opportunity of cross-training from one modality to the next.  We provide a 90 day training program to learn either Echo or Vascular if the candidate is only proficient in one modality.  Registered candidates with their RDCS/RCS and RVT/RVS will be highly considered, willing to consider one registry either in Cardiac Sonography (RDCS/RCS) or Vascular Sonography (RVT/RVS) as well.  Prefer a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on Ultrasound scanning experience in echo and/or vascular and a graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular program.
