Applicant will be responsible for handling customer service call volume.  Customers will make requests pertaining to their account via phone. The expectation is that your response is professional in tone and language. Troubleshooting and investigative skills are important characteristics of a customer service phone representative. In addition, customer service phone representatives will be responsible for ensuring compliance to policies and procedures.  Your resolutions must be clear and meet the customer’s needs with one interaction.  Business needs require flexibility in scheduling. The ability to shift your schedule is a critical aspect of this department.

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required

Preferred Qualifications:

3 years of experience in a customer contact environment

12 months of continuous work with one employer

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree

Previous Banking Experience

Previous Call Center Experience

Proficiency with all Microsoft applications

In addition to daytime hours, currently seeking candidates to work Swing, Graveyard and Weekend shifts.
