ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE:
• Provide full support Sr. Recruiters, assisting with administrative duties related to recruiting activities.
• Handle pre-screening approval process for candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews (phone, on-site, and follow up).
• Provide client Hiring Managers with confirmed interview information and appropriate interviewing materials.
• Administer required paperwork during candidate interview process and manage return of paperwork from candidates.
• Manage UPS shipping of materials to candidate and appropriate return for new hire processing.
• Manage distribution of new hire paperwork to appropriate client locations and potential candidates.
• Process background checks and review for accuracy and SLA compliance.
• Provide assistance to Hiring Manager and HR Generalist in reconciling adjudication process.
• Generate employee ID’s for new client employees.
• Handle all drug testing procedures, communicating with vendor companies as needed (will track candidate dates, Chain of custody info, and locate results as needed).
• Extensive communication with Sr. Recruiters and Hiring Managers regarding pre-screening, interviewing, and offer activities.
• Place job postings and manage postings throughout recruiting cycle.
• Manage documentation and tracking methods for procedures in candidate tracking and sourcing.
• Schedule candidate travel for interviews.
• Will reconcile candidate travel expenses with invoices.
• Consult and meet with Sr. Recruiters and Recruiting team as needed to discuss best practices, issues, etc.
