We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Call Center Supervisor in our Louisville, KY office.

Responsbilities Include:

Organize and manage call center for inbound/outbound calls to generate salesWork with local management team and corporate office to establish proper systems support (CTI, CRM, etc.)Work with local management team to:Establish operational processes (staffing ratio, calling standards & scripts, outbound calling protocol by account, call list generation/automation)Set sales goals and ongoing monitoring procedures for review and improvementEstablish sales/performance reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly sales reports)

Requirements:

Previous relevant Call Center supervision or management experience, working knowledge of Call Center Technology options and CRM integration is required. Ideal candidate is a team player and good motivator who is willing to be "hands-on" and take/make calls when necessary in order to meet goals. Six Sigma project planning, implementation and monitoring experience is extremely helpful.Working knowledge of advertising and marketing services is preferred.
