The Call Center Compliance Specialist is responsible for the ongoing compliance efforts of both in-house call centers and contracted vendor call centers. This is primarily accomplished through onsite audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures as well as Federal and State telemarketing regulations.  The Call Center Compliance Specialist will work directly with Regional Marketing teams and other Wyndham Vacation Ownership business units, including Telecom, Legal, and IT. The collaboration with these groups will allow the Call Center Compliance Specialist to assist in the overall compliance efforts of WbW. The Call Center Compliance Specialist requires 50% travel time. Audit both WbW in-house call centers and contracted vendor call centers.  Regular visits to call centers to ensure compliance to DNC policies and procedures and government regulations concerning telemarketing practices. Audit Reporting and follow-up. Work with Regional Marketing to report and communicate findings and issues related to call center audits. Follow-up on items that need to be corrected or improved for compliance standards. Collaborate with Regional Marketing Teams to assist in managing their compliance efforts. DNC Team Site. Manage and update the content on the WebConnect DNC Team Site, including telemarketing regulations, policy updates, and procedural information. Minimum Qualifications Required  ·        Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college, plus 2 years work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.·        Outbound Call Center experience, specifically in a dialer environment.·        Experience working cross-functionally and across companies to communicate policies and procedures.·        Proficient with Microsoft Office software·        Must be able to travel 50% of the time. Preferred Qualifications  ·        In-depth understanding of the regulations mandated by the Federal Government concerning Telemarketing practices·        Experience in managing a dialer in an outbound telemarketing environment·        Experience in managing processes and compliance to business processes·        Experience in training adults in a business environment·        Vacation Ownership Experience
