EBSCO TeleServices is accepting resumes for the position of Call Center Assistant Manager in our Boardman location.
We are a successful division of a multi-faceted international corporation. EBSCO Industries is a Forbes Top 200 Private Company with over 1.5 billion dollars in annual sales. EBSCO TeleServices currently has 4 call centers in N.E. Ohio with over 350 employees. We provide outbound teleservices and interviewing services for a variety of high profile, national clients. We specialize in marketing services for the publishing industry.
YOU
You must be passionate about call center management, enjoy being close to the center of action and be able to handle multiple priorities. You need to be a team player and able to work in a coordinated fashion with other staff members to accomplish multiple client objectives. Your communication and presentation style must be empowering, direct and effective with individuals, groups and in writing. It is imperative that you are a self-starter and be able to provide leadership and direction to all levels of employees. Your professional experience should include a minimum of 3 years of management experience (in a call center environment a plus) and a college degree.
