LANGUAGE, MATH AND REASONING ABILITIES: Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to other employees and managers. Ability to read and/or follow written and verbal instructions and implement the same. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, or oral form. Ability to perform office computer functions (Intermediate Level work on Microsoft Office Product; Windows, Excel, Word etc) on a daily basis. Ability to understand policies and procedures and to implement and enforce the same. Must be extremely organized. 

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following but other duties may be assigned.
• Human Resources
• Administration of Salary Programs
• Report Writing & Analysis

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following but other duties may be assigned.
• Participate in annual surveys and conduct ad-hoc reports and surveys as required
• Evaluate new positions using market data and internal matrixes to determine appropriate salary range
• Administer and validate the performance and merit review program for operations
• Assist with restaurant bonus and compensation programs
• Partner with the Planning team to calculate quarterly restaurant bonus payouts
• Review and validate the average salary increase report
• Design and upkeep of CPK’s job descriptions
• Conduct FLSA and state testing of job duties to determine exemption status
• Assist with the design and maintenance of job grade charts

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2-4 years experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Advance skills in Excel
• Competence with HRIS database systems preferred – ADP a plus
• Report Writing - Reportsmith a plus
