LANGUAGE, MATH AND REASONING ABILITIES: Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to other employees and managers. Ability to read and/or follow written and verbal instructions and implement the same. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, or oral form. Ability to perform office computer functions (Intermediate Level work on Microsoft Office Product; Windows, Excel, Word etc) on a daily basis. Ability to understand policies and procedures and to implement and enforce the same. Must be extremely organized. 

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following but other duties may be assigned.
• Human Resources
• HRMS & Payroll Software
• HCM/Performance Management Systems
• Report Writing & Analysis

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following but other duties may be assigned.

• Respond and resolve HRMS queries (ADP, Success Factors, and Reportsmith) generated by users. Identify and report findings of end user needs/issues. Initiate efforts and procedures to maintain data integrity, troubleshoot and recommend solutions to HRIS Sr. Manager.
• Serve as resource and lead contact for Reportsmith and query report requests.
• Maintain and expand Reportsmith Library including the creation of new reports and modifications of current ones as requested.
• Prepare reports and analysis on compensation, benefits, cost per hire, turnover and other areas.
• Prepare benchmarking submissions, compensation surveys and analysis, and governmental surveys/reports.
• Quarterly People Report Survey (reviews field compensation, turnover, cost per hire, etc.).
• Produce monthly management, regional, and RSC turnover reports.
• Produce quarterly turnover report for Management and Hourly.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting as requested.
• Create detailed and high level analysis that may include gathering information, forecasting, analyzing trends, and providing reports/conclusions.
• Assist and coordinate with the HRIS team in managing multiple, parallel projects using formalized and clear project planning techniques.
• Assist in the development and/or expansion of current systems, and implementations of new systems including integration and data communications/feeds with existing systems.

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2-4 years experience working with HRIS
• Previous experience with ADP or similar HRMS, and Performance Management Systems, i.e. multiple HRIS platforms.
• Advance skills in Excel, Report Writing (Reportsmith or query tool).
• Skilled in Word, PowerPoint, Visio.
