Pyramid Management Group, Inc., one of the largest owners/managers of premier shopping malls in the northeast, is currently seeking a CADD System Operator.

The qualified candidate will have the ability to display and implement technical skills to support the development of computer generated drawings for the following disciplines. Facilities Space Management, Architectural, and Civil Engineering. In addition the CADD Operator will be responsible for interfacing with management, and other employees and/or consultants for accomplishing their assigned tasks in these areas.

Candidate is responsible for learning, understanding and following company policies and CADD/drafting standards. This may also include advanced responsibilities including the development and refinement of CADD production standards. A CADD Operator should have a background in CADD, with a minimum of three years experience; or an Associate Arts Degree (2-year) and 1 year experience in CADD, Facilities Management, Architecture, or Civil Engineering. In addition a CADD Operators should have a working knowledge of the following systems: AutoCAD Version 14 minimum or Version 2000 (AutoCAD experience preferred, will consider other CADD application experience), Microsoft Access Version ’97, Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 PC Desktop Operating System. In addition, knowledge in using the following software applications would be helpful; Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator. A CADD Operator will also be responsible for the operation and maintenance of other computer hardware including: Larger format printers/plotters, Scanning devices desktop and large format.
