Position Description:

ADP, with over $7 billion in revenues and approximately 570,000 clients worldwide, is one of the largest providers of a broad range of premier, mission-critical, cost-effective transaction processing and information-based business solutions. Our services include a full suite of human resource administrative services and computing solutions for auto and truck dealers and vehicle manufacturers. We have an immediate opening available for a BZ Results Regional Sales Associate (RSA) selling into OHIO. The BZ RSA is aligned with "Search Engine" - Digital Marketing products sold into Automotive Dealerships within this defined territory. This RSA is responsible for working with the baseline Sales Reps & Retail Solutions Mgrs to sell our BZ Results Products. This RSA will help train, mentor & grow the sales force through continual training & review of sales processes/techniques. The RSA will also be responsible for admin tasks & reporting such as: Forecasts, Win/ Loss Reports, Quarterly Objectives, handling calls such as collections within the year after sale, customer issues, general liaison between customer/company departments & other admin activities as needed. Our Regional Sales Associate ideally will have extensive understanding of the automobile retail business, a strong sales background, and have the ability to communicate with Dealer Principals.

Qualifications:

The ideal BZ Sales Associate candidate will have specific knowledge of the BZ organization and products. Also, this candidate must have the following qualifications: • 3-5 yrs exp. in the Dealership vertical with extensive understanding of the auto retail business • Knowledge of Automotive Finance & Insurance area also highly helpful • 4 year college degree or equivalent experience • 3-5 months of job related formal sales training • 3-5 years of technical, B2B solutions sales experience, including new business development • Ability to travel approximately 75% or more is required ADP is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer; M/F/D/V.
