POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Maintain inventory levels on selected product lines & place purchase orders when needed

Inventory analysis

Calculate correct quantities to order according to inventory min/max specifications

Handle & reconcile receiving & invoice issues

Reconcile / coordinate any vendor return issues with the Quality & Marketing Departments

Expedite deliveries on selected products

Complete reports & special projects

5 - 7 years purchasing experience / inventory management

PC proficiency including AS/400 & Microsoft Office

Must possess a strong sense of urgency & thrive in a fast-paced environment
