The Job:

 

Electrical Engineer / Controls Engineer / Field service engineer – SCADA Network Connections

Qualifications:

Ability to work with engineers and electricians to test SCADA inputs. Responsible for implementing and testing SCADA network connections with IT and software vendorResponsible for developing procedures and organizing SCADA testing including alarm and graphic validationExperienced with electrical monitoring and control SCADA systemsResponsible for testing and commissioning of Substation electrical monitoring system and  coordinating activities between project engineers, software and hardware vendorsFamiliarity with substation medium voltage protective relays and equipment helpfulFamiliar with serial communications, protocols, and Ethernet5 years + experience (no EITs)Experience with Schweitzer (SEL) protective relays or equivalent is a plus Familiarity with DNP and ModBus protocols is helpfulMust be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.  TN Visas are acceptableNo relocation is offered for this position.  Per Diem available to those that qualify.
