Role & Responsibility

·          Plan & execute merchandising strategy to deliver top lines sales & profits

·          Identify fashion trends and develop assortment  

·          Source new product – domestically & overseas

·          Partner cross-functionally to develop marketing strategy for the department

 

Experience & Skills Needed

·          4 years retail & currently buying footwear

·          Department, Discount, Big-Box or Specialty retail experience

·          Established buyer with record of delivering sales & profits

·          Confident merchant able to ‘hit the ground running’
