Position is responsible for sourcing approximately $30MM/year of chemicals to support various Home care and Laundry businesses. Specific responsibilities include procuring materials, supply assurance planning, negotiation, contracting, supplier management, and driving of sourcing educational activities. This position is also responsible for sourcing strategies on new materials and supporting new product commercialization, as well as serving as a key player in global supply chain work.

Key Responsibilities:
1.     Negotiation, contracting, and sourcing strategy for chemical purchases     
2.     Developing and driving sourcing initiatives within commercialization and cost savings project teams     
3.     Leadership of cross functional sourcing initiatives
    
Revenue Responsibility:
Responsible for $30MM of direct purchases.

Other Scope Factors:
Driving cross-functional change associated with the updated chemical infrastructure tools (forecasting capability, formula card activity)

Minimum Requirements:
3-5 years of Product Supply and/or Technical (R&D) experience

Skills and Abilities:
Negotiation, strategic thought leadership, cross functional team leadership and influence, technical skills and understanding, strong analytical capability, financial acumen and business plan development, and people management potential. Teaching/Training skills also strongly desired.

Education Level/Degree:
Minimum B.S.
