We are currently seeking a Buyer who will be located in Gaithersburg, Maryland, USA.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Purchase lab supplies and equipment Provide sourcing and pricing information to end-usersManage on line ordering for end-users with primary lab vendorManage department procurement cardReconcile invoice and receiving discrepanciesEnter, track, and expedite orders on electronic purchasing systemCoordinate returns and exchangesProvide purchasing support to China facility when requiredIdentify alternate vendors for new product or back ordered suppliesSet up reserves with vendors for critical items with long lead times

 

Requirements:

Experience with Solomon At least 3-5 years buying experience in a CRO environment Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
