This position is responsible for the day to day operation, support, and development of all predictive dialing activities for the Consumer Default department of Lending Services. This person will spend time enhancing existing processes, applications, and databases based on requests from Default Management, Retail Direct and the Lead Generation Unit. Current applications and languages used include SQL, PERL, HTML, ACCESS and Visual Basic. Requirements: This job prefers previous experience working with predictive dialers in the banking industry. The position requires a strong mix of excellent interpersonal communication, analytical and database skills. The candidate should possess workload management skills and the ability to get engaged in complex assignments and meet tight deadlines. Candidate must be customer focused. Attention to detail and speed is critical. A successful candidate should have demonstrated PERL scripting skills. Additional Desired skills: SQL, LINUX, JAVA Scripting, VB Three to Five years of practical experience is required, and a business or computer science degree is preferred.
