As a Business Systems Analyst, in Las Vegas, NV, you will create and document system designs and take on the program liaison role between our internal teams and our high-profile business clients. You will own the program development cycle from project definition through system implementation and develop, control, and coordinate resources to accomplish project objectives. Innovation, flexibility and creativity are all keys to your success as you work with managers to gather, document, and model requirements for various business units involved in our business systemsIn this role, you will primarily focus on client projects that provide software solutions for clients' high-volume marketing needs Prior exposure to the full software development life cycle will enable you to successfully gather business requirements documents, create functional specifications, build process flow diagrams, and create technical specification documents A creative, flexible approach and aptitude for both business and technology will give you the perspective necessary to reconcile the needs and limitations of the two Excellent communication skills will also be essential in interacting with all levels of cross-functional teams within the company as well as developers, other technical team members, and clients If you are looking for an exciting career with unlimited personal and professional rewards, join the Selling Source.
