The Business Sales division has an exciting opportunity for a Manager to lead and develop a business to business, outside sales team while maximizing market and territory potential and achieving sales, profitability and service goals. 

We are currently seeking an experienced business-to-business Sales Manager to lead and develop a sales team based in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in order to achieve sales and profitability goals.  As the Business Sales Manager, you will conduct weekly sales meetings with entire Market to review opportunities, forecasts and other Business Sales initiatives. You will facilitate monthly and quarterly one-on-one reviews with Sales Executives and Sales Coordinators using the Performance Management and you will conduct annual reviews for all employees. You will support on-going training of  time in each individual territory coaching the Sales Executive by attending client meetings and prospect meetings. And, you will ensure that the sales team utilizes tools and technology effectively and consistently.  You will be responsible for interviewing, recruiting and training employees. You will maximize market and territory potential by setting individual revenue and activity goals for the sales team and you will review review territory composition annually and make necessary changes.  You will support all  Retail Collaboration initiatives focusing on store visits, client development, lead generation, and information sharing. And, you will be responsible for accurate and timely reporting as required.

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years prior sales management experience or related TCO experience. It is required that you have the ability to work from a home office within 50 miles of the market and that you reside within the geographic territory. In addition, frequent travel to Pennsylvania is required as is overnight travel. A college degree or equivalent work experience is required.
