Job Description: Business Relationship Manager: A leader in the banking industry, Wells Fargo is currently looking for an experienced Business Banker with 3+ years building relationships while keeping our #1 asset in mind – the customer. As Business Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining profitable relationships with new and existing business customers in the Salem Market – accounts ranging from $2 to 20 million. Experience and education are important for this opportunity, but the ability to generate new accounts and build strong, long-term business relationships will be the determining factor of a successful candidate. Job Duties -Solicits new business relationships through successful prospecting activities -Builds upon existing customer relationships -Manages credit risk for assigned customer portfolios -Provides continuing financial advice when needed -Determines customer’s commercial loan and deposit needs
Minimum Qualifications: -Proven success in a business banking sales environment and/or; -3+ years of proven success in business to business sales
Preferred Skills: -Strong background in financial analysis -Bachelor’s Degree in related field
