Business Operations Strategic Planning Manager:

Our campus is located in a forest setting in the sierra foothill town of Nevada City. There are unlimited recreational possibilities and a vibrant theatre, art and music scene. We have a hiking trail around our campus and a number of restaurants and unique shops available during lunch or after work. Locals also enjoy Nevada County’s mountain biking, camping, fishing, boating, and winter sports activities – contributing factors to a higher quality of life.  Our campus is approximately 60 miles from Sacramento on Hwy 80 and stands at the gateway to Tahoe National Forest on State Route 49. It just might be the best of all possible worlds.

Currently we are looking for a Business Operations Strategic Planning Manager:

Responsible for managing the Sales revenue/Demand Forecast process for Broadcast and Professional Services

Responsible for coordination of Order Management and Scheduling activities with Sales/PL's

Coordinate BPS Operations revenue projections/actual results across 4-5 Global sites

Responsible for Developing, Defining, and Implementing BPS Operations Key Performance indicators

Establish and Manage the development of the cadence to support improving overall BPS OPS business performance

Develop SAP into a working management tool for BPS OPS

Support the development of the BPS OPS Supply Chain Business case model

Be a change agent for BPS Ops by challenging status quo and driving business practice improvements

Drive BPS Operations budget plng and reporting activity across all of the product lines

Direct and influence strategic direction for BPS Operations

Achieve  Senior Management alignment and support for investments/disinvestments as well as strategic direction

Requirements:

BA in Management, Finance or Operations required

MBA preferred

Sigma experience preferred

5+ Years experience in Biz Planning, Revenue Plng,Operations,Finance, or related field required

Knowledge of Operations and Business Process simplication required

Lean Supply Chain/Operations experience would be a plus

SAP experience/background preferred
