Business Office Manager

The Business Office Manager is responsible for management oversight for patient billing, payment processing/posting and collections/bad debt management. Includes government billing, insurance/other third party billing, self pay (including outsourced collections) and payment processing/posting. Works collaboratively with the Director to maintain open intra-departmental communications to support the organization's strategic plan, regulatory compliance, and policies and procedures.
The qualities we are looking for in a Business Office Manager are:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field is required.
- Minimum of five (5) years Hospital Patient Accounting experience required.
- Firm understanding of hospital revenue cycle functions and information systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, articulate speaking skills and team-oriented attitude are required.
