RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for supporting the Visa payWave initiative with emphasis on merchant adoptionSupports other Visa payWave product deliverables, and contributes to the overall Product Innovation team initiatives to grow Visa volume and revenue. Product Innovation manages the development, client support and program management for Visa emerging technologies including Visa payWave, mobile and global acceptance Develops strategy and the technical and product solutions to support the strategy, determines the value proposition and business case, supports product launches and provides ongoing product supportDevelops and measures performance metrics, including evaluation and refinement of product program features and market requirements and provides market status informationResponsibilities involve expanding Visa payWave program including: strategy, business case, product features and rules, and client supportVarious Visa payWave product responsibilities and support of general Product Innovation initiatives Acts as the SME and primary point of responsibility for merchant contactless acceptance working closely with Merchant Sales, and Deployment to provide to drive merchant adoption of Visa payWaveAble to work in a fast-paced environment with a heavy work load with multiple, simultaneous deliverablesStrong budget management skills are required. Communicate with all levels of client, partner and Visa management. This fast-paced environment requires outstanding organizational and planning skills. Operate effectively as a cross-functional team members and well as leader as needed. Become the Visa payWave merchant acceptance SME responsible for the developing the evolving value proposition and disseminating product, market, and benefits expertise to internal and external parties

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience in related industry and role - product and project management experience in financial services including new technologiesWorking knowledge of Visa product and systems is essential with experience in chip-based and mobile payments desiredBachelors' Degree/8+ years of card association/banking industry experienceExcellent MS Power Point, Excel and Word proficiencyAbility to travel, as needed Must be able to perform product performance and competitive analysis to understand and keep abreast of the changing contactless payments environment Be an excellent communicator both written and oral with the ability to collaborate with many internal and external constituents.   REF: CAAR571159
