RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop new and enhancing existing healthcare and employee benefit card products. High level responsibilities include: opportunity assessment / analysis; product development and deployment, product management and project management. Work with a broad set of internal and external constituents including: technical development teams, Visa account management, PIM, third party service providers, issuer/acquirer processors, and issuers. Develop a wide variety of written materials including but not limited to; product presentations, project plans, product documentation including service descriptions and implementation guides, and business requirements. Define and manage healthcare-related product pilots to access business opportunity and determine market readiness.

REQUIREMENTS

An individual with a strong product background. This position requires a good working knowledge of Visa systems and the payment card industry.Strong written and verbal communications skills required. Strong organizational and project management skills to ensure timely development and delivery of products and enhancements. He/she must be comfortable writing and presenting to both technical and business audiences. Effective at project management within the group as well as across cross-functional areas. Comfortable with taking ownership of key activities and deliverables; Possess strong initiative and business judgment. 3-5 years of product development/management experience in financial services/ payment card industry. BA/BS is required and an MBA is preferred.  REF: CAAR556127
