The Global Commercial Product group is responsible for managing Visa Inc.'s global commercial business strategy, product management and consulting services for market segments that include small business, middle market, large corporate/multinational, government and commercial supply chain/B2B product and platform development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) strategic analysis and business case development activities to provide decision supportOversee development of VCS monthly reporting and publish monthly management scorecardProvide market landscape assessments and business analytics in support of global commercial products strategic planning activitiesDevelop global VCS strategic initiative business cases and coordinate with initiative owners to monitor performance against plansManage cross-functional and/or cross-product team representatives to develop commercial market landscape assessmentsSupport Commercial Consumption Expenditure (CCE) methodology updates and formalization of the global CCE IndexCollaborate with global VCS product management staff and Visa Research Services to conduct primary market research (qualitative and quantitative); develop business summaries of all VCS researchDevelop and maintain key competitive assessments across all major commercial segments, across key marketsReview monthly and quarterly trends/insights with key VCS management and discuss impacts on current fiscal year operating plans
REQUIREMENTS
B.S. / B.A. degree; M.B.A. or equivalent advanced degree preferred 6-8 years related work experience, with at least three years strategy consulting, brand/product management experience or equivalent Extensive market and business analysis and financial modeling experience requiredGeneral payments or commercial payments industry experience and knowledge of Visa and its products preferredStrong team player with ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks at one timeMust be a high-energy, motivated team player with the ability to effectively work cross-functionally to drive projects and initiatives to completion REF: CAAR553428
