Pilgrims Pride is seeking a Business Information Systems Manager to work in our Dallas location. This position will be providing management direction in the execution of SAP data management strategies and procedures across all business units. This role will align closely with the business units and functional councils (i.e. Production Planning, Quality Assurance, Inventory Control, Costing, etc) to ensure Bill of Materials (BOMs), Routings, and Product Specification requirements support the business operations within a networked enterprise.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Managing the Business Information Systems Teams to ensure business requirements are upheld in the maintenance and upgrades of SAP database architecture, performance standards, and recoverability procedures.
• Providing expertise in the establishment of the SAP Data Management strategies, policies, and practices related to BOMs, Routings, and Product Specifications that support the Business community.
• Providing leadership to business resources required that provide data management and ensure data integrity and integration throughout all business units.
• Supportting IT/User project managers in performing SAP system design and application configuration in respective business units.
• Defining standards and implement tools to support business unit project data cleansing and reconfiguration.
• Providing expertise in the development of product data strategy and landscape to support the enterprise and business unit reporting, and retrieval requirements.
• Developing and overseeing archiving practices to ensure compliance with business unit requirements.
• Ensuring SAP service levels are met, and project objectives are accomplished within budget and deadline.
• Other duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

1. SAP data management experience required.
2. SAP master data setup required.
3. 7 years experience required.
4. Project management experience required.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel.
6. Ability to work extended hours as needed.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma/GED; Bachelors Degree preferred.
